Shipping Policy: We ship almost entirely via United Parcel Service (UPS). For orders that weigh less than two pounds, your order will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). International, APO AE, APO AP, & FPO AP orders are shipped via USPS. There will be an additional $5.00 charge on International, APO, & FPO orders Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 24-48 hours. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control; we will ship your order out as soon as possible. We will accept for return only unopened nonfood merchandise in new saleable condition in original packaging. Missing items will not be credited. Merchandise will only be accepted for return 30 days after receipt of delivery. Refund or credit will not apply to shipping cost unless the return is a result of our error. Claims for damaged merchandise will only be honored for 10 days after merchandise is delivered. If you receive a damaged or broken item, call us as soon as possible. Please keep all packaging materials. If you provide hoptech.com with an incomplete, or incorrect address, you may be charged an address correction of $5.00
